SOCOS SERVICES has two certifications:
- ISO 22716 certification, which ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and imposes very strict measures to guarantee the safety of the production, control, storage and dispatch of cosmetic products.
- ISO 9001 certification, which provides the basis for managing the company and respecting good practice in order to satisfy its customers and improve its service and production quality.
We are regularly audited and homologated by our clients, well-known brands in the cosmetics industry. As part of our shipping activity, we are trained in IATA regulations (international standards governing the air transport of dangerous goods).

SOCOS SERVICES is therefore launching a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan with a 2030 horizon, aiming for ambitious goals in carbon emissions, water conservation, and waste reduction. This plan is the cornerstone to achieving carbon neutrality in the coming years.
The progress of the projects is monitored by our CSR Committee, composed of our Production Director, our Administrative and Financial Manager, our Sustainable Development Manager, and the General Management. By strengthening the support of local partners, offering our employees the best working conditions, and protecting the environment, our company responsibly contributes to a sustainable future. This is the path we are committed to pursuing for a better and more sustainable world.

We are committed to conducting our business operations responsibly and ethically while contributing to the economic and social development of our region.
We prioritize local suppliers who share and uphold our values as a responsible company.

- 80% of our critical suppliers are located in the Île-de-France region
- 41% of our critical suppliers have a structured CSR policy (a 64% increase compared to 2023)
- All the alcohol used for machine cleaning is repurposed as second-hand alcohol
- 15% of our revenue is reinvested in improving equipment and infrastructure, 100% of which is of French origin
Our Social Commitment
The safety, prevention, and well-being of our teams are at the core of our company’s DNA. We continuously test new approaches to optimize our manufacturing processes and equipment to improve working conditions for all our employees (reducing noise, minimizing repetitive movements, etc.) and lower the risk of accidents.

Convinced of the need to take action for the climate, SOCOS SERVICES has committed to the ecological transition alongside ADEME and BPI France. Through an Eco-Flux diagnosis, our facilities were audited for quality, allowing us to implement optimization measures.
